2. Submission of Photos: Clients must provide a set of high-quality sample photos as specified on our website. Poor quality photos may result in suboptimal final images.

3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order submission. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website.

4. Photo Processing: Our AI technology will enhance and process the provided photos to create professional and aesthetically pleasing ID photos. Results may vary based on the quality of the submitted photos.

5. Delivery: Final edited photos will be delivered digitally within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Rush processing may incur additional fees.

6. Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included in the price. Any additional revisions requested may incur extra charges.

7. Image Rights: Clarity Portraits AI retains the copyright to all processed images. Clients receive a license for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

8. Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.

9. Privacy: We respect client privacy and will not use photos for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit permission from the client.

10. Liability: Clarity Portraits AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the suitability of the photos for their intended use.

Important Considerations:

• Photo Quality: Clients should ensure that the submitted photos are high-quality and meet our specifications to achieve the best results.

• Communication: Clear communication of expectations and preferences helps us deliver the best possible results.

• Backup and Storage: It is recommended that clients back up their photos upon receipt. Clarity Portraits AI is not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery.

• Usage Rights: Clients should understand the usage rights associated with their photos and adhere to the limitations set forth in the agreement.
